Dr. Gidda graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He then attended the University of Sydney in Australia and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2016. He has been practicing dentistry ever since. Dr. Gidda began his career in Red Deer, Alberta, practicing there for three years before relocating to Calgary, where he spent the next four years providing dental care to the community.
In 2023, he made Edmonton his home and has been practicing there since. Passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Gidda is committed to continuously advancing his knowledge and skills through ongoing education and specialized training in various areas of dentistry. He believes in a dental philosophy centered on patient education, clear communication, and comfort. Dr. Gidda's approach to dentistry is highly collaborative, involving not only the dental team but also the patient as an active participant in their care.
He believes this partnership helps achieve the best possible treatment outcomes. Dr. Gidda is fluent in both English and Punjabi, allowing him to effectively communicate with and care for a diverse range of patients. In his free time, Dr. Gidda enjoys cooking, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
